Seller reviewCarlos understood our situation and the urgency to sell our property as quickly as possible. Carlos held open houses practically every weekend for over two months. He also took the time to do a private showing at the buyers' request. The escrow company and the transaction coordinator kept us in the loop regarding all matters of the sale of our property. Carlos is very professional.

Buyer reviewCarlos had a special job, because 1st he had to sell one house in order to get the money for the house I was buying. And though the deal fell through Carlos and Fabiola never gave up the 1st time. They kept having open houses and was sold the following week. So within 60 days they sold the property and we bought a new home. Very stressful but they kept the calm and kept us informed. Would definitely recommend them.
