Seller reviewWe are so grateful to CH Tan and the team at Ethan Hokel- Century 21 Signature Real Estate. There were a few bumps in the road of this journey (no fault of ours or theirs, just life) and CH made SO MANY miracles happen to stay on track and he accomplished things that were way above and beyond the call of duty. We owe him SO MUCH. I love finding professionals that we can continue a friendship with and turn to for any questions that go far past our closing date. We will stay in touch with CH because we feel he genuinely cares about us as clients and will continue to support us if we need him as we settle in to our new home. CH was always available to us, responded quickly ALWAYS and handled all the hard stuff. He helped us be realistic about our expectations and goals, since we have not bought or sold a home in almost 20 years. He listed our big, old house and we accepted an offer 4 days later. We will not hesitate to recommend him to everyone we know!

Ch was very knowledgeable about every question I had and was quick to answer or get back to me.
