I recently relocated to Greenville from Michigan, I had limited knowledge of the area and Charlie was extremely helpful in identifying which areas were a good fit for my needs. After finding my perfect home, Charlie was instrumental in referring me to local companies to address issues at the house and was able to negotiate with the seller to cover the costs. The day before closing we did a walkthrough and there was water in the basement. I was panicked, I have health issues and could not live with a musty basement. I was not sure I was even going to go through with the purchase because I was unsure of the cost and even where to begin. Charlie came to the house the next morning and waited for hours on two contractors to give quotes on waterproofing the basement and then was able to get the costs covered with the seller. Charlie was great to work with, knowledgeable, resourceful and at the top of his game. I would challenge you to find a better realtor in Greenville!
