I grew up in North Carolina and have lived in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, Arizona, Maryland…and now the best…Indiana! My wife of 31 years passed in 2014 and God blessed me with another wonderful lady (Robin) and we were married in May of 2018. I have 5 children all grown and living in North Carolina, Maryland and California. Robin also has 5 children that live in Indiana, Illinois and Virginia. In addition, the fun part is that between Robin and myself, we have 7 amazing grandchildren and counting…

He has a great relationship with my family the first day we met, and instantly, we knew we could absolutely trust him. He understood our needs, he knows the areas we were interested in clearly and gave us advises that was really valid to our finances. He is well rounded and has great understanding of everything real-estate. He is very connected, and we believe God put Chas in our way to make our dream home happen. We truly believe that we wouldn't have done this without him because we have been previously working with another broker from another company and wasn't able to get us an inch further from just looking at houses. Numerous times he made concessions to his time and his family to show us a house. Once we made an offer on a home, he made it clear through his actions that he was working hard for us to be the one who secured the home. He was particularly helpful in ensuring that items were taken care of on the home inspector's list. Whenever we had questions or concerns he was diligent in addressing them. Whenever we did not understand something, Chas was willing to find the answer. His attention to detail is his asset. He is adamant about you being happy and comfortable with the major decision of purchasing a home. We had every confidence that if Chas told us something it was accurate. If he didn't know he simply said so but always committed to finding the answer.
