Personal Profile

Christopher Gatsoulis' entrepreneurial spirit has existed in him from a young age. Born and raised in Astoria to Greek immigrant parents, Christopher experienced all the local flavor of a working class neighborhood. and in particular that of the Greek culture prominent in his part of New York City. Seeing the industrious and hardworking folks owning and operating small businesses. Blessed with a supportive family, Christopher dove into owning NYC. Christopher purchased his first multi-dwelling property and learned the ins-and-outs of buying, maintaining and selling real estate. He had found the business that resonated with him the most and he would go on to dedicate his time to honing his skill as an agent. Now with over a decade of real estate broker experience coupled with a direct and authentic personality, Christopher has developed a reputation for having the know-how to vet qualified rental candidates as well as keenly gauge market trends to maximize the return for ambitious sellers and motivated buyers. He brings this expertise to the South Florida region where he lives with his wife and two children. Christopher remains present in New York managing his own investment properties and tending to a strong referral client base. He is committed to providing top-level customer service to his clients and their individual real estate needs.

Chris is has to be be one of the top 3 best brokers that I have ever dealt with, he is knowledgeable in the real estate market, very respectful and takes his time explaining the market. Century 21 should be honored to have a broker like Chris, and I'm not saying this because I have a mouth, I mean it. Great guy. He has been extremely helpful throughout this process. I thank all of the staff at Century 21 for all your help , keep up the good work Everyone at Century 21 was great, good job to all of you and thank you. Well the only other comment I may have would be that I was hoping to get into the house much quicker as opposed to keeping the previous owner there until he was ready to move. If you buy a house on a specific date then you should have access to your property immediately. Also, if there happens to be a situation again where the previous owner cannot leave on time when the closing date happens, then the closing date should be pushed forward until the previous owner is out. It's not fair for an individual to lay out all the money on a cash deal and not have access to your property until 3-4 weeks later. I'm sure you all can agree with this.
