I have spent my career in the real estate market in Charlotte, NC. Starting out in the multifamily industry as a leasing agent and advancing to the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience over a 15 year period. Once earning my real estate license, I joined Toll Brothers and was recognized in the million-dollar circle yearly during my 5-year tenure. I am excited to join this dynamic group of agents with Century 21. I look forward to helping my clients through the entire process of selling or buying their dream home.

Seller reviewColeen was such an amazing realtor to work with! She has a beautiful balance of professionalism and becoming a trusted friend. She went far and beyond so many times to help sell the house and make it easier on us. Multiple times she went out to our empty house and tidied up messes left by inspectors and house showings without being asked! It's rare to find a person that cares so much. She has amazing knowledge of the market and the local area and went beyond to find out more if we needed it. Coleen knew what was important to us and really fought for us as her clients. We trusted her the entire time and felt like we had the best person on our side. Always fast to respond and on top of every single thing. Above all, she is a genuine, kind, caring person that made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. I cannot recommend her enough!

Seller reviewWe really did not know anything about Coleen until she called. Jst her voice and pleasant approach caused us to meet with and talk to her. Then, she sold herself with her pleasant and professional attitude and presentation. She is a remarkable and astute young woman who is also very impressive personally. We are so pleased with everything she did for us and, of course, selling our property quickly and then handling all details related to the sale so well. She took it all off of us and yet she kept us well informed. She became a friend for life. We love her. She exceeded all expectations in our relationship with her. She did everything professionally and expertly. We would use her again to sell any property we might need to sell. One of the best experiences we have had in dealing with real estate and we have had a number of properties bought and sold.

Tenant reviewIt was my first time renting anything but an apartment. The process was so stressful- until Coleen came along! She made things easy to understand and was patient with my indecision. Would definitely recommend, especially to other first timers or renters under 30!
