Buyer reviewAfter an amazing sale of our house in Galesville we knew we wanted Cory to help us with our next purchse. That purchase came shortly after in the form of a rental property for my husband and I. Cory was quick to set up an open house and was with us every step of the way. Basically dropped everything he was doing to help make sure we had a real chance to secure the property as there was alot of interest. After reviewing the property he quickly was able to draft an offer and get it submitted. When we found out the offer was accepted we were over joyed! This was two great sales with Cory back to back (within a month of eachother) and he proved to us yet again that he is genuinley in this industry to help people. In a industry overrun with greed Cory keeps himself grounded and looks to do as much good as possible. I cannot imagine ever using another realtor. Cory Mahutga is the realtor you want!

Seller reviewI believe Cory was sent from above to help my wife and I sell this house. We had previously talked with other real estate agents and were disheartened to hear how little they thought we could actually get for our house. We needed it to sell for a set amount to be able to walk away from it and have something for our new house. We happened to stumble upon Cory and from minute one his whole mindset was "How can I help?" In the next coming week Cory went ABOVE AND BEYOND his duties as a realtor to help us out as much as possible. Late phone calls, emails, advice, stopping over to help when needed to prep the property for sale.This man did it all. Cory's awesome personality is also a huge plus as well. Cory listed our house and had an accepted offer under 12 hours. I couldnt believe it. Also, the offer coming in $40k more than we were told we would be able to get. Cory cares. Cory is genuine. He gets the job done. Not only did we find "our realtor" but we found a great life long friend in the process. So you may ask "Why Cory Mahutga?" The only advice I can give is to give him a shot and you will soon understand why. You will not be dissapointed.
