Seller reviewWhen you list your house for sale, you never imagine embarking on a sales adventure that will go wrong at every chance, but that is what I had. I am so thankful I chose Crystal to be my guide through this process. She is as nice as possible. When things get tough, she definitely knows how to hold her own. This sale gave us many opportunities for her to show how knowledgeable she was. She had to stand up to offer agents to get things done properly and ensure my interests were protected. She did it at every point. She definitely went above and beyond. I'm so thankful Crystal was the one who ultimately got me through such a troubling process. None of the issues were from Crystal, but she sure had a lot to clean up from. She did what it took to get me closed. She's a great agent.
