My name is Daniel Parry, and I am here as your real estate consultant to help grow your personal and investment portfolio of real estate. I was raised in Gulfport and have lived in Pinellas County most of my life.
I started in the construction and home renovation space at the early age of 18, and in 2017, I devoted myself to a career in real estate. In 2018, I started working in the commercial lending industry and began my path with commercial property investments, residential new construction, and infill development opportunities.
I offer all my buyers and sellers the most respectable services by giving them a smooth transaction and providing the expertise, focus, and drive for a transparent environment to fulfill the clients' interests.
My experience spans property management, residential pre-foreclosures, short sales, commercial lending, and underwriting for investment properties.
