Meet Darcy Broker Associate, ABR, SRS, PSA REALTOR® of the Year 2023

I've called the Salida area home for years, and I understand why people are drawn here. The mountains, the river, and the strong sense of community make this a place like no other. Helping others put down roots in Chaffee County or find the right property for their next chapter is what drives my work every day.

As a full-time Broker Associate with First Colorado Land Office, now part of Century 21 Community First, I bring both local knowledge and professional expertise to the table. I hold designations as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, and Pricing Strategy Advisor. In 2023, I was honored to be named REALTOR® of the Year. That recognition reflects my focus on clear communication, strong advocacy, and real results for my clients.

Clients describe me as responsive, thorough, and easy to work with. I take the time to make sure buyers find the right property and sellers get the strongest exposure. Whether it is a family home in town, a Buena Vista vacation retreat, a commercial opportunity, or a ranch with water rights, my goal is always the same: to make the process smooth, informed, and successful.

When I am not working, you will find me with my daughters, enjoying everything the Arkansas River Valley offers from trails and time on the water to community events around town. I live the lifestyle I share with my clients, and I take pride in helping others step into it too.
