Seller reviewI met Deborah when trying to sell a house myself that I previously owned. I signed a one time showing contract with her which eventually turned into sighing her on as my realtor. She sold that house. I reached out to Deborah to find us a home which had very specific things that were important to us in our retirement years. Within 30 minutes she found that home for us.... I was hoping for about a 6 month of lead way!!! That lead to her having to sell the very big house we were living in. It took us awhile to get it ready to be put on the market but she was very helpful in telling us what needed to be done and what people wanted in a home. Once that was done she listed it and I think it sold within 2 weeks!! I wiil recommend her to all my friends and family in the future ?

Since we are new to the area she provided a plethora of critical information for the area that we would have otherwise not known (flood/hurricane info, schools, housing location desirability and more). She was able to help us with trustworthy contractors for required fixes on the house and even recommended restaurants!
