Delfina Ottele of CENTURY 21 Cornerstone

I've purchased and sold houses in 4 different states due to job relocations. Relocating for work is already a stressful situation on its own, and selling a house on top of it increases the stress. My most recent move was my family's 7th move where a house was purchased/sold and it has been by far the least stressful of all of them. Delfina Ottele is infinitely patient, communicative, and knowledgeable which made this sale process very smooth. Even though the market shifted just three days after we decided to sell the house, Delfina was able to quickly advise us of options and guided us through the many changes we needed to evaluate in order to make decisions so we could sell the property quickly while maximizing our profit from the sale. She marketed the house with what I would characterize as "zeal and enthusiasm" because no other words describe the amount of effort devoted to marketing the property as she did through all the mediums (web, signs, and open houses). She kept my family fully informed at all the steps of the way even though we were all located in different states and time zones. Throughout the negotiations, she was always one step ahead of me because she took the time to really understand what I wanted from the sale of the property. The photographer used was top notch and made the house sparkle (literally). If you have read this far, you may think I sound as if I'm paid to say this stuff but the reality is I paid them and I am the one who is honored to be able to say these things about Delfina. Delfina Ottele truly is a master at her craft and made my transition from SoCal a great experience.
