I was born in Shelby, NC and my wife of 22 years Dani, daughter Landri and I have lived in the Jacksonville area for the last 17 years. I grew up traveling all over the world as the child of an active duty military member. The military lifestyle never left my blood and after high school I decide to join the United States Navy. I spent 26 years serving on active duty and with those experiences combined with the experiences I had as a child I truly understand the dynamics that are involved in relocating a family. I've always had really helpful realtors and truly appreciate the way a good realtor can help alleviate the stress of buying or selling a home. I decided that I wanted to provide that same level of help to families and pursued a career in Real Estate. My goal is to help you and your family have the best experience possible whether renting a temporary home, buying your dream home or selling your current residence.

Seller reviewEd made the selling process very simple. I tried to sell FSBO for months and had no luck. Ed made the process extremely efficient and got a great price for my home. I was exceptionally happy with only communicating when necessary. I'm going through the buying process elsewhere with a different Agent and the amount of communications is overwhelming and makes finding documents very difficult through all of the unnecessary emails and texts. Every communication with Ed was thought out, concise, to the point, and organized. Would gladly use Ed in the future for purchases or sales of homes.
