Personal Profile

Erika is a Colorado native, having been born and raised in Fort Collins and living in the Denver area for almost thirty years.

She graduated with her B.S. from Colorado State University, then going on to earn multiple designations through NAR, IREM, and NAAEI - including her Graduate, Realtor Institution and New Home Co-Broker designations.

After a long and successful career in multifamily property management, Erika now focuses on helping people and families in achieving their dreams of homeownership and gaining the best return on their investment.

Since becoming a full-time Realtor in 2018 she has represented both buyers and sellers in well over 100 transactions, providing guidance and problem-solving in all areas for first time buyers, first time sellers, and seasoned homeowners.

Erika currently resides in the south metro area with her family and dogs, when not working she can be found spending time with them or in her garden.
