Erin will go to great lengths to confirm that ALL of your needs are met re your home purchase or sale. She will additionally take care of other 'unusual' circumstances that may arise during the process. It is a worry-free HAPPY experience when working with Erin and her team of professionals. Erin 'nailed it' regarding the open house exposure(s). We had five open houses in 2.5 weeks. Of that, we received two (yes, two!) offers. She knows the area, and how to get the best exposure for that demographics.
