Seller reviewEthan was very motivated to sell our property. He held 4 open houses. He was very organized, well dressed, knowledgeable and served refreshments. He followed up with the prospective buyers and reported their comments back to us. During escrow he kept us up to date and helped us with the paperwork involved in the transaction. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and neighbors. Ethan handeled all of the above very professionally. He also went out knocking on the neighborhood doors telling them about the upcoming open house. That was a good way to meet the people living in the area. Hopefully this will bring him more sales in the area. He is a very professional agent. I think his Broker is lucky to have a good agent like Ethan. We were very satisfied. The escrow company did a very good job.
