Hello!
My name is George A. Giron-Rodriguez, a newly Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent for California. Although my credentials are new, I have been immersed in real estate since a young age. My mother has been a licensed agent for nearly 20 years! Alongside her, I have evolved from playing buyer and agent with my siblings in open houses to shadowing inspections, showing properties, back office work, and making sales.
I am a Bay Area native through and through- born in Oakland, raised in Richmond school in Berkeley and Hayward. My connection to different areas of the Bay has given me a unique perspective. My father is an owner operator semi- truck driver, so my summer's as a kid were spent alongside him understanding the dynamics of each city and what it has to offer. My previous occupations and hobbies in home improvements have also given me a foundation in the mechanics of a house. I have been a part of it all!
Although I am a new licensee I have the drive and dedication to find the right house to become your dream HOME.
