Janneska Fernansez of CENTURY 21 Edge

Janneska Fernandez went above and beyond to help us sell our property. She kept in close contact with us about any changes and discoveries she made while supervising the movers. Janneska was available whenever we had a question. She explained everything so we could understand the process and was so knowledgeable about the process of selling our property. When the sellers were not forthcoming or cooperative during the closing she was there representing us and protecting us by utilizing her knowledge of contracts. I do not believe we would have been able to close on time if it had not been for Janneska's efforts as well as Marsha in the title company. Janneska was able to work closely with Marsha to help the closing to be timely and I really appreciate her efforts as I was in Kentucky with my Mother and the property that we sold was in Florida. I Thank God for placing Janneska in our lives and will recommend her to anyone and everyone that I know of that needs a realtor in Florida!
