We knew nothing about the home buying process and Jeremy guided us and made it as simple as possible. Our family is growing faster than expected and needed to sell our starter home and upgrade to a bigger space. We reached out to Jeremy and yet again had a successful home search. The final step was to sell our first home, we had some minor hiccups with a prospective buyer backing out. We had some nerves about losing the home we had been in contract with, however we found another buyer very quickly and were able to close on both transactions within 6 weeks of this whole process starting. Jeremy is responsive, professional, easy going. I would recommend him to anyone who's looking to buy a home in NH.
