Buyer reviewWe(husband and wife) knew Jesse as a good neighbor down our street. We were very happy with results of our sale and purchase of our houses. Jesse would give a great presentation at each property. He would go through the pro's and con's. His opinion was valuable to us in making a decision on our purchase. Jesse was great in organizing all the surveys, getting some repairs expedited and following up on same. In conclusion, we strongly recommend Jesse for the purchase/sale for your real estate needs.

Seller reviewWas a difficult market after two Hurricanes, Helene and Milton. Our house was flooded and it was a mess. Jesse helped me with cleanup and was helpful in quiding me along. Everyone was trying to figure the market and it took a few months before we could get a feel for pricing. Jesse zeroed in on a fair price for me and the buyer and we were able to close in May. Jesse was excellent in pursuing my needs regarding purchasing of a replacement home. He was very knowledgeable in the local areas around Bradenton, where we wanted to reside. Jesse doggedly checked out all the homes that matched our (wife and myself) criterias. He was very good at pointing out the good as well as the bad and was not bashful in stating his opinion on the house suitability for me and my wife. At no time did I feel he was pushing us one way or the other. Great agent, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend his services!
