Buyer reviewWho thought home buying could be easier than buying a car? Not me, Jhon and his team(Marissa) assisted us ensuring every step of the process was seamless. From the communication, to the showings to his knowledge on the initial offer. This is an experience every first time home buyer should have. I heard stories about his professionalism but this is one I will cherish. Thank you helping us buy our first home and can't wait to use him again in the future.

Buyer reviewJhon Pelayo is thoughtful, courteous, easygoing and professional. He took the time to understand my needs and what I was looking for in a home. We "struck out" a few times but he didn't loose sight of what my "must haves" were. He made sure I wasn't settling for anything that I didn't want and was optimistic about finding the "perfect one" no matter how long it took. He was very patient with me and he made my house buying process very enjoyable.

There were bumps in the road but we made it through by the grace of God. Jhon was able to find the right place for me and he kept up with all the deadlines and followed up quickly.
