Jim is a native Pennsylvanian & IT professional who discovered Topsail Island in May of 2012. In September of 2017 my wife and I purchased a home in Surf City as a short-term rental. In March of 2019 we moved onto the island permanently. Today I own multiple short-term rentals on Topsail and would love to introduce you to this amazing, laid back, & beautiful barrier island.
