Jocelyn Dooley is a committed and results-driven real estate agent with a passion for helping clients navigate one of the most important, and occasionally, stressful decisions of their lives- buying or selling a home. Having recently been a first time home buyer herself, Jocelyn understands the confusion and stress that comes along with entering the buying process and aims to help others minimize that stress with her knowledge and guidance of the market.

Using a client-first approach, Jocelyn combines local market knowledge with strong negotiation skills to deliver the best results for her clients. Whether working with first-time buyers, investors, or those looking to relocate, she provides personalized guidance every step of the way.

Jocelyn was born and raised in Chicago before moving to Lubbock to attend School. As a Texas Tech Alumni, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology, Jocelyn is extremely proud to call Lubbock her home and to give back to the community that has given so much to her. Before real estate Jocelyn worked for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as a Parole Officer. She has brought the many lessons she learned from her previous work into real estate in order to better serve her clients. When not working with clients, Jocelyn enjoys going to the gym, attending any, and all, Texas Tech sporting events, taking her dog to explore new places, and trying every brunch spot Lubbock has to offer.
