Seller reviewJodi did everything that an agent should do -- she went above and beyond and was the most experienced and knowledgeable agent that I have done business with. She knew exactly what price to list at and was confident that it would sell even in a cooling market placing the house perfectly between "good value for me, the seller" and "not overpriced" where it would not see many potential buyers. The house sold quicker than we expected and we came out exactly where we wanted. Do not take chances with inexperienced realtors! Get someone with knowledge and experience such as Jodi -- She is the best!

She always met us with a smile and excitement over the house we were looking at, and when it didn't pan out, she was very patient and understanding, coupled with a "let's find the next one" attitude. When our offer was accepted on our new home, she was overjoyed along with us and was a great help in guiding us through the closing process.
