He stayed I touch, kept us informed, and was open to any input we offered. Over all, we were totally please with the job John Clegg did.

Seller reviewJohn posted our house after spending time with myself and my spouse, letting us know what our priorities for tweaking the property should focus on in order to best present the house to the market. He then took an entire morning and part of the afternoon taking photos of the house and property in order to get the best results for our home, he posted it later that evening and had our first open house the next day and the house sold about an hour into the open house. Could not expect a better result, we actually told him what we thought we should sell the house for and he suggested a higher amount and I am glad we listened to his advise because we would have lost out on that amount or more as is we made even more than we thought we would in the end... John took very descriptive and wonderful pictures of our property. He had an open house and really emphasized the good parts of the property and home ownership. He really was interested in helping us make the sale! John Clegg is experienced in home sales. He listened to all our concerns and he resolved all our issues in a timely manner. John is great to work with. I can't say enough good things about John Clegg and his handling of the sale of our home. He is very well equipped to handle any issue you may come up against and he is always happy to help you with any task you need help with. John Clegg came to us with the paperwork and worked around our schedules as we worked through all the steps of selling a home. John is the best!
