Buyer reviewThis agent was outstanding, and I would HIGHLY recommend his services. His knowledge and expertise in the phoenix was helpful in narrowing down my search. Even more important was his understanding of my needs, mostly with my time constraints, preferences for home design, and lack of knowledge given that this was my first time home buying. He was very responsive, timely. and made great use of technology available to make the process as smooth as possible to buy a home in this seller's market.

Buyer reviewMet in October 2021 when he showed me a place I had found on my own. He was so nice. From that point on he kept in touch, sending me a voice mail or a text, checking to see how my packing was going. I would and will recommend him. Him being patient and understanding without being pushing was the best. I had other relators show me houses but I found myself wanting to be represented by John Phillips. He was the only relator that made me feel completely comfortable and that he really wanted me to find what I needed, that it wasn't about his commission. Me still living in California and having a pushy Aunt here in AJ brought challenges but he kept in contact, was optimistic when I was overwhelmed and just all around great.
