Josh and I met at an event back in early fall of 2022. At the time, the property was listed with another agent who was not marketing it very aggressively. Josh stayed in touch and I was so happy that we switched to him during the holidays of 2022. The property we listed with Josh was unique and the sale was not an easy one but Josh rose to the challenge and was awesome to work with. He was communicative, timely, honest, polite, and helped us navigate difficult issues we would not have figured out on our own. Can't recommend Josh enough!
