Buyer reviewI'm going to make a long, painful story short and sweet. Things can go wrong, and they will, and they did for me and my home purchase. Between the seller's realtor and the escrow company... a negative zero out of 10 rating from me. Joshua went above and beyond. Things that were not his problem or responsibility he took care of... for me. He treated me like family. He worked SO-HARD on my behalf. Even over Christmas. Even over New Year's. He had to work twice as hard because the other players were SO BAD. We're it not for the extra effort and care, and timely action, this could have ended very, very badly. But it didn't and I am happily living in my new home. JOSHUA RAYBURN: 10/10 RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND!!

Seller reviewMy house sold to the first person who looked at it because Josh Rayburn priced it right,took wonderful pictures and did great marketing. The escrow was a nightmare to say the least. Josh as well as Carol Rayburn spent hours on the phone dealing with the buyers bank trying to get escrow closed. Josh kept me informed of everything that was going on as well as answering my phone calls of my many questions. The closing procedure on my house could be a chapter in a book,very challenging. I'm now sitting in my new house very greatful to Josh Rayburn for getting me here
