Seller reviewKatie knows the Island. Cape Coral is a few miles but years away from the nuances of the Island. It is very important for a true local to understand the specifics of the island due to the lack of comps, different pricing from Cape coral, Pine Island and even varying streets on the island itself. She knows it like the back of her hand. She is a staple in the community and also a business owner. You don't want to go with anyone else if you are buying or selling on the Island. Lastly, I have worked with many realtors in the past professionally. Most Realtors will avoid truths to make a sale. Katie is brutally honest. That's refreshing in real estate.
