Buyer reviewDana went above and beyond. She basically bought the house for us since we were remote. She was very detailed in describing every aspect of the home by using FaceTime. I'm sure we made a friend as well.

Seller reviewAfter our home sitting on the market, a move-in ready go-and-show, for just shy of 4 months and only having had 8 showings, no interest, and frankly a realtor that could quite literally not have cared any less about my husband and I. We were maintaining dual mortgages, stressed, and had a realtor that wouldn't text us back-- sorry to focus on the negative but I need the powers that be to understand we were in a negative, mistrustful, and anxious mindset. Dana graciously allowed us to interview her to get her marketing plan, timeline, guarantees, etc... Best decision ever!! The house went off and back on market in a week, professional photography, staging, and actual attention to details. (You know, like putting the house on the MLS with the correct number of bathrooms.) Which led to a full listed price offer on the day of listing that we accepted and closed on. It was a Hallmark movie finish to an inept tragic comedy beginning. Thank you Dana, truly.

Buyer reviewHow can I begin to put into words how amazing it was to have Ashley take the helm of finding my family's new home and selling our first home. We came across her at an open house and I instantly loved how kind she is, as well as how transparent and detailed she is. She answered so many questions for us through each stage of the buying and selling process and did it in a way that it was never information overload. I am an anxious person generally and can get overwhelmed so easily, but Ashley was fantastic at talking me through any speedbumps none of us expected. She was so supportive, friendly, and advocated for us every step of the way. She cares about getting all the things you need out of this experience, whether you're buying or selling. She is a realtor who loves what she does and it's apparent from the moment you meet her to the moment you walk into your new home or say goodbye to your old one. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I cannot thank her enough for helping us!

Buyer reviewThis was our first time selling a home while purchasing a home under contingency. We interviewed several agents and Dana was the best match. We did our homework and her listing experience far exceeded our expectations. I do recommend anyone in this situation to have someone with experience on their side as this made the stress of the process much less for me. Dana was never negative as we kept her busy looking at as many as 39 houses until we found the right home for us. I observed Dana being greeted by neighbors, other agents, and even hugged by people in passing. Special thank you for her knowledge on home repairs from basements to rooflines. Dana has great listing, lender & repair knowledge as well as communication skills. Most of all we enjoyed her positive upbeat, natural momentum!
