I have been a full-service real estate agent working with buyers, sellers and investors in the Philadelphia metro area since 2003 and have been offering my clients 16 years of my experience in the areas of residential, commercial, investment and green/energy efficient real estate. Whatever your goals, I have the knowledge and skills to help you reach them. I am a native Philadelphian who graduated from the Philadelphia High School For Girls. Aside from selling hundreds of homes in the Philadelphia market, my market knowledge also includes Delaware County. I am an active volunteer working with the Darby Creek Valley Association on creek clean ups and the Delaware Valley Green Building Council's "Green Home Tour Program". Starting with the first meeting, Kelly was ready. She provided an approximate appraisal of my property that she put together herself. She clearly described her marketing plan for selling my property and gave me frequent status updates that included what campaigns were working and which weren't. She drove traffic to the property and even provided much appreciated feedback on the property for future reference. I would recommend Kelly to others. She will work hard to sell your property and can provide the math to backup her recommendations.
