Kim is the best, I know she took care of me as a friend but completely believe that is how she treats all of her clients. I mentioned I had had a really bad experience prior and Kim was all about my needs, even willing to pull the deal if it wasn't right for me, she knew it was an emotional sale for me and did all she could to make it go smoothly.
