Seller reviewMeredith helped me sell my house after I moved to a different state. I met her on a Saturday to give her the keys. I was expecting the sale of a house to be as stressful as buying a house (which was very stressful). However, she took all of the stress out of the selling process. She absorbed all the grunt work. All I had to do was pay the contractors. I was worried that the house would need more work than it actually did, but she knew what would have a return-on-investment and what wouldn't, which saved me a little money. She knew qualified contractors that could perform quality work at a reasonable price. I opted out of asking for multiple contractor quotes after checking the internet to see if the quotes were reasonable, but Meredith was willing to get multiple quotes if I wanted. During the entire process, she kept me updated and always answered my messages promptly, even on nights and weekends. When it came time to evaluate offers, she had a good intuition on what would be a good o
