I am excited to be joining Century 21 Advantage in Mt Shasta, I love the South county area having lived in here for many years attending College of the Siskiyou's and raising my two children. At this point in my life I look forward to meeting new people as well as helping all of my loyal clients realize their Real Estate dreams.

I have lived in Siskiyou County for most of my life and plan to stay here and keep enjoying the surrounding mountains, lakes and multitude of natural areas. In my spare time you could find me either riding one of my three horses, hiking with my dogs, photographing any thing that catches my interest or just sitting and taking in the view from my home in Shasta Valley.

My Real Estate knowledge and expertise comes from over eleven years of experience helping people buy and sell homes and have become quite familiar with the challenges involved in buying or selling real estate. Spending nearly ten years working for the U.S. forest service determining boundary lines between private and government land, has helped me be one of the few Realtors in Siskiyou County that can claim extensive knowledge of rural property and large acreage properties.

My other specialty is internet marketing and making use of all of resources that are available due to technology. It is my firm belief that a highly visible internet presence is absolutely necessary for all businesses, none more so than real estate.

All of my listings will be on multiple web sites with abundant photos displaying the best features of the properties, making use of mobile devices that will allow access to information about properties at all times. Computers and technology is a real estate professional's most faithful business partner. Over the past few year I have become well acquainted with many software applications and programs including Microsoft Office 2010 professional, SQL, Oracle, HTML5 and Java and am most of the way through course work for A+ certification of Computer Repair. I will admit to being a "techy" or nerd if you will, it suits me just fine. I enjoy the challenge and feel as though we should never be done learning new things.

Lesley Jones did a great job staging furniture in the home to give buyers an idea of how it would feel coming home. She also did well working with the buyers agent getting over a few hurdles that could have blocked the sale. Her online skills were very usefull in saving time in completing paperwork. Way to go!

Lesley Jones was more than AWESOME!

We started this "home hunt" alone and that took us nowhere. We found Lesley while we were looking at one of her listings, we had a question about the property that she needed to research and contact the title company. She was able to find this information quickly and was very honest about it. This was a deal breaker for us, yet she was still very honest about it.

After this we decided to continue our home hunt with Lesley. After many travels around our beautiful Siskiyou County, we found place that we hope to be all that we want. Unfortunately, this was not an easy purchase, there were a few bumps in the road but Lesley was on top of it in every way (even during a time when she was home sick). Her communication was 100% and this is very important to me. She is very knowledgeable and if she didn't know, she found the answer
