Seller reviewLezli Mcphail was very helpful in readying my mother's home for sale. She spoke with her and gave her the level of comfort to turn over the make ready and sales process to Lezli. We did not make it easy in that, we would not show the how until we have moved mother out. Lezli had to work with an empty home and a small make ready budget. We had a time frame in which we wanted to sell, so we did lower the price a couple of times to increase activity. When we hit the right pricing, we received multiple offers. It is a different market today and Lezli has adapted.
