Lots of people rate their salesperson as going above and beyond but do not provide evidence of referenced actions. I can proudly tout Lisa's handling of our property as extraordinary in every way. Easiest example is to say, Lisa was my mini-me, was there for everything and handled it as I would. A better example is to provide specific situations where Lisa was an absolute guardian angel. Upon giving Lisa the keys my stress lessened completely. A couple of days after listing we were called away for a family emergency and the house needed some attention, I had neighbors stopping by to pick up goods for a garage sale - Lisa handled this for me by communicating with them, driving to my house and moving the items outside the garage for easy retrieval. Lisa also moved items we had stacked in the garage for bulk pickup to the curb so we wouldn't miss this once-a-month trash pickup. Imagine, holding open house and expecting people to envision themselves in our home with trash and rolls of old carpet stacked in the garage, Thankfully, we didn't have to worry with this. Lisa's plan was to hold an open house the first and second weekend after listing - she cleaned up after each, vacuumed, wiped down the counters with her own homemade non-chemical spray and continued to do this after every showing day and for the buyer's final walk-through before closing. Lisa's efforts to resolve a 'possible' wiring issue was exceptional - end result, there wasn't a loose wire, and all was good. She did however discover the inspector had left the gas fireplace on the day before and the house had to be cleared out - all windows and doors opened for several hours and all ceiling fans running. And went back later that night to check on things. This took a day of her time. Her handling of the situation and informing me was exceptional. Lisa graciously worked with the title company to have them meet us at our new home for closing. Lisa was immediately available for all calls, texts and emails. I would not hesitate to recommend Lisa to family, friends and anyone asking for a realtor referral, in fact I have already referred her to my daughter in a nearby neighborhood. I can honestly say we were blessed to have Lisa on our side. At every instance I told my husband, daughter, sister, and friends – I'm stunned, have you ever known a realtor to provide this kind of service? Definitely would not have happened this way if we had gone with anyone else. Thanks Lisa!
