She was always available for questions (and we had plenty) and understanding of why and what were asking. Marcy made selling our home easy. She gave us great advice on the value and how to stage our home. She was great at communicating with on every step. We can not say enough good things about our dealings with Marcy. She understood our concerns about listing our home. She made the process easy for us. She showed several us houses and was patient with us. She always responded to all of our texts or calls in a timely manner. She always kept us informed along every step of the process. We thought enough of Marcy that we recommended that a close family member use her.
