Her responsiveness was unmatched she answered every call, no matter how often I reached out, and always took the time to address all of my questions and concerns. Even after the lease was signed, Mimi has continued to be a valuable resource, stepping in to assist with any issues or unanswered questions from the property manager. Her dedication, accessibility, and genuine care for her clients set her apart. I'm truly grateful for her ongoing support and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and hardworking realtor.

It took several showings and negotiations and Mimi was on top of every detail to ensure all aspects of the transaction were addressed. If it wasn't for her efforts, we would've not been able to get approved for the association in time. We couldn't be happier. We'd definitely recommend Mimi to all of our friends and family.

Landlord reviewMimi is absolutely amazing. She represented the prospective renter, however, she made sure both sides of the transaction went smoothly and that we had a positive outcome. Mimi took care of practically everything that needed to be done to make sure the our rental applicant was approved by the board and the house was ready for move in day. While we encountered many unexpected obstacles, Mimi handled each one in a timely and efficient manner. She is truly a superstar!
