Marissa was an absolute pleasure to work with. I am one of the most picky, detail oriented people you will ever meet and Marissa never once got outdone with my questions or requests. One of my biggest fears buying a house was finding someone that would stay patient with me as we looked at houses. I can't even remember how many houses we looked at and every time we wanted to see one even if we weren't 100% sure if we were interested in that particular house Marissa did her homework to present the home and all of its info in the most thorough way possible. The realtor for the sellers of the house I bought was an absolute idiot that had no business selling real estate and Marissa made sure we were always covered and that agent was kept in check. I could go on all day about how much I truly appreciate her patience and diligence and without a doubt in my mind Marissa will be the first name in my head the next time I decide to buy/sell my home. I can assure you it's going to be through whoever she is selling homes for.
