Buyer reviewIf you want the deal done, go with Martha Works Larsen; she is the best realtor we have ever worked with. She was knowledgeable, professional and extremely hard working, all while being very pleasant and easy to work with. She found us a great home in a great location and negotiated a good price for us. After the inspection of the property we had a contract on, Martha quickly connected us with a wonderful contractor who gave us an estimate of what updates/repairs would cost and a timeframe for doing the work. With this information, it was much easier to move forward with the purchase of the home. This was particularly helpful to us as we are out of state buyers. Martha kept the communication lines open and closed the deal for us in thirty days. She made the process very easy. We highly recommend Martha Works Larsen and will continue to use her as the need arises.

Buyer reviewI'm gonna start this by saying that there aren't enough stars in the galaxy to give Martha Larsen for this review. To say this was an incredible experience would be a gross understatement, and an injustice to the kindness and professionalism to which I was treated. Martha quickly became more than my Real Estate agent… She quickly became a trusted friend and irreplaceable ally in this new, exciting (and at times, stressful) operation. Many times throughout the process, I found myself asking (myself), "W. W. M. D?" ("What Would Martha Do?" ?) While I'm pretty sure that I was not Martha's biggest commission, she never once made me feel "less than." This was my first home purchase by myself at 56 and with Martha guiding me, I was 100% confident she wouldn't let me make a misstep... and I didn't!!! I found my perfect house thanks to Martha! ?

Buyer reviewI don't care about she is in Century 21 or not. Overall she did excellent job. Especially, she understood my needs and she tried to convince other agent, seller, and the lender. I haven't had any experience of buying the house, but she helped me a lot and explained small details.
