Because I love what I do I am never at work. I have lived here for for 25 years and know all the streets of Santa Cruz, Capitola, Soquel, Aptos, La Selva Beach, Monterey , Pacific Grove and Carmel by heart. I feel very confident to give you my true and honest feedback about any neighborhoods, safety concerns, school district, fun things to do, etc...
Concerns about finding a good school district? I am a proud Mom of two beautiful girls, currently in 8th and 10th Grade and feel I can give you good feedback about most school districts in Santa Cruz and Monterey county. Growing up in Germany I was always taught to work hard and do the very best you can. I go the extra mile to find you any and all homes for sale in your favorite neighborhood ,may that be in Rio Del Mar or in the Pleasure Point area in Santa Cruz town or fun vacation Village called Capitola by the Sea or romantic Carmel Village. Over the last 12 years in the Real Estate business I have been told I am fun to work with, very personable as well as very organized in any and all paper work involved in the buying and selling Process of a property.
Naturally I am interested in getting to know my clients well so I can best find them their Ideal home. Looking to buy an Oceanfront Home /Oceanview Home/Beach home/Vacation Rental home? I live close to the Ocean myself and over the years have developed many great connections along the coast from Natural Bridges Beach by West Cliff Drive to Pleasure Point Surf/Opal Cliff Drive, Capitola Village /Depot Hill down to Pacific Grove and Carmel. For sellers: I advertise also in areas like Mountainview, Santa Clara, Saratoga ,Bay areas, etc.... to attract/make aware buyers looking for Oceanfront /Beach Property.
