We first met Patty several years ago while looking to move from Indiana to Florida. Even though, at that time we weren't quite ready to make the move she had kept me informed with auto email of homes. With this, I felt comfortable to know about what kind of home we would be looking for and some options we may have. Once we moved to Florida we rented a home and she was nice enough to reach out to us as I was nibbing through a few homes she had posted on FB. She asked if we were looking, and at that time we were not. However, she continued to send out emails and when we were ready to look we reached out to her! She is Amazing and made the process literally the best experience we've had with a realtor. Always answering any questions we had and was on her A game the whole time. We were blessed to have her as our agent and now someone we can call a friend!

Patty's knowledge of the area and market value was invaluable in helping us to negotiate our final sale along with coordinating all the tasks that were required for a successful close. Given that we live in Ohio and were in Florida for only a week, most of the closing actions such as inspections, moneys, and other details were handled after we returned to Ohio. Patty not only coordinated all the closing actions but also put us in touch with the best people to make the closing effortless.

We live in Ohio and were in Florida for only a week with no intention of purchasing a home when we started our search. We had a number of locations we were interested in and Patty did a great in spending the time to get to know us and our needs and directing us to homes and areas that would meet our goals. During the entire process she was the epitome of professional with quick responsiveness to our many calls and always being on-time and courteous for our multiple exchanges. Her knowledge of the area and us allowed us to refine our search to where we ultimately bought. Without this attention to detail and more so, getting to know us, we most likely would have wasted our limited search time on properties that didn't fit our needs and would ultimately have left Florida without a purchase.

We spoke with multiple brokers prior to selecting Patty and she showed in our brief conversations an understanding of what we wanted to accomplish and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we meet our needs. In addition, I was impressed that Patty called directly to make initial contact with us while other brokers had an administrator set up an appointment with the broker.

I can't say enough good things about Patty and our experience in working with her on the purchase of our property in Florida. Her professionalism, tenacity, and knowledge allowed us to make the best use of our limited search time. She literally made herself available to us both day and night ( many times late in the evening ) to answer questions or look up new listings we found in our searches. Following our offer on the house we purchased, she was invaluable in directing the closing process on our behalf after we had returned back to Ohio. My wife and I have purchased multiple homes and dealt with many realtors and I would not hesitate to consider Patty among the best.

The limited contact we had with other members of the Century 21 staff was very positive. We are now working with the rental team at Century 21 which has also been very positive to this point.

Of the two agents I considered, Patty Bolin was most knowledgeable about the local area and she provided me with the comfort level that she would aggressively prospect the property to find the best buyer for the best possible price.

Patty was right there throughout the entire sales process providing updates by phone, text and e-mail on showings and prospective buyer feedback. She was also helpful in looking after the property while it was vacant. Patty answered my phone calls very promptly and kept me very informed. She helped coordinate details with Chelsea Title who provided our closing services.

Following the closing, Patty even provided a personal Thank You card for allowing her to list, show and sell our property.

Patty suggested I list it for more than I did, but my intent was for it to be the best priced and lots of "curbside appeal" for sale. It worked! The house sold in one day.

I live about 500 miles from where the house was, so Patty did a LOT of the scheduling for inspections, flooring installations, repairs and all the other things I could not do from long distance.
