Buyer reviewPolly Drake was a wonderful agent to higher. She went above and beyond in her duties, throughout the process and really made real estate not seem so scary to a first-time home buyer. She drove a long way to show me houses twice on the two separate weekends. She understood what terms I wanted and fought for me to get favorable terms while also keeping my expectations in check. I can honestly say that if you want someone that will look out for you this is your realtor. She was very understanding and thorough explaining every step of the way. Every Monday we would get a recap and a status on where we were in the process. I was able to call her with any question I had and if she didn't know she got me the answer within a reasonable time. I can't thank her enough for all she's done during this process. My wife and I feel as if we have gained a family member in this process. THANK YOU, POLLY!!!!!!!!!
