In 2020, Ragan and her husband, Shaun, relocated their family to McCall, Idaho, from Lake Arrowhead, California, seeking a place that aligned with their values and lifestyle. Shaun's childhood memories of vacationing in McCall drew them to visit over the 4th of July, and they quickly fell in love with the area, purchasing a home that weekend. Now, they enjoy life in McCall with their two daughters: an 8th grader and a recent MDHS high school graduate who is spending the semester in Africa working at an orphanage.

Ragan's real estate journey began with purchasing a commercial cold storage facility over two decades ago, sparking her passion for property investment. More recently, she and Shaun ventured into short-term rentals.
