Renata Lakshina is an excellent real estate agent! We are first time homebuyers, so she explained every step of the way and made us feel at ease. She guided us through the bidding process and we got our first bid accepted thanks to her advice and organization. After the inspection she managed to negotiate a $10,000 credit from our seller. The seller wanted a very fast escrow and Renata was always on top of the timeline and emailing all the correct players (escrow, lender, seller's agent, etc.) pushing them along when needed to keep the process moving. Since this is our first purchase, we were clueless about escrow and contingencies, but she explained everything clearly and patiently. She is an amazing agent and our family would recommend her to anybody going through the purchasing/selling process. She is so competent, that I feel she is a great fit for experienced homebuyers due to her negotiation skills and organizational skills and she is also great for first time homebuyers, because she always has the clients' best interest at heart and is very kind and patient when explaining each next step in the process. When we need an agent in the future, we will definitely be using Renata Lakshina again.
