Let me start off to say I struggled trying to find a realtor that was truthworthy to sell my home. My previous experience was horrible and solely money driven to my realtor needs. He has a genuine welcoming spirit & based on his demeanor I knew I was in good hands. Richard & his team are very knowledgeable & will go to war to give you the best deal. From the moment until closing went absolutely flawless! This experience from selling can be very stressful but they're team work is phenomenal! They get into the nitty gritty , from the office, to the closing team. We were able to sell our home in four months, way quicker than I anticipated. In this market, I consider us extremely lucky to be able to do that but I know without a doubt that Richard & his team fought for us the ENTIRE way!
