My name is Robert and I am a licensed agent in Fargo, North Dakota. For more than 30 years I have had a professional career in corporate railroad transportation working for some of the finest, hard working people I know. During this time, I had the opportunity to purchase several homes for our family residence and investment property.

My passion for helping people and love for real estate has driven me to become a licensed agent in North Dakota and Minnesota. Specifically, The purchase of a home is usually the most significant event in a person's life. I want to be a part of that and work as hard as I can to find the best home for each client. I love investment properties, rehabbing older houses and turning them into long term rentals that generate passive rental income.
