She contacted me as soon as a good property came out, went to the showings with me, checked houses to make sure there was nothing wrong with them. Also, she told me about the market and how likely it was to find what I wanted. Once we agreed on a property, she tried to get my offer out as soon as possible to beat other competitors. I was able to get my two offers accepted in this market. When one house failed the inspection, we were able to pull my offer because my offer had good contingencies. She did an excellent job. Highly recommend her.
