Seller reviewSamantha went way,way above what any seller could reasonably expect from their broker. Her efforts made the sale of our property happen within a very tight timeframe, and for a sale price that made it possible for us to avoid a disastrous financial situation. For example, she drove about halfway accross Florida and back again to get a "wet" signature that was essential to insuring that our closing happened as scheduled. Should we ever find ourselves in need of a Realtor again Samantha will definitely be the one.
