Buyer reviewSamantha told us everything to expect during our home buying process.She guided us through the entire process,answering every question and addressing every concern we had ,in a very competitive buyers market,I must add.Showings on weekends and late evenings were no problem for her.We looked at many homes with her.When we found " the one" she saw our seriousness and treated it as if it was going to be her own.We and she put in a late Friday night,counter offering several times on a home that had been on the market 1 day,with multiple offers on it.She knew how much we wanted the home and went above and beyond to ensure we won the bid.I don't know how many agents would trade a Friday night for negotiations and paper work,but she did.We got our home,it's truly due to her availability and late night efforts to get us " the one"we had been looking for for nearly 9 months.It was a professional relationship with Samantha,but we left our closing feeling like we were saying goodbye to a friend.
